Sluggy Costumes

Vampire Sam - This would consist of:
- Black shirt
- Black coat/blazer
- Black pants
- Black shoes
- Dracula cape
- Vampire fangs

Lysinda - This would consist of:
- Black dress with low neck
- Brocade camisole
- Headband
- 2 yards of translucent black fabric
- 3 safety pins

Pin the fabric to each sleeve and once in the back

Dr. Schlock - This would consist of:
- Black pants
- Eye patch
- Blue dress shirt
- Black tie
- Black shoes
- White lab coat
- Funky white hair and beard

Oasis - This would consist of:
- Purple body suit
- Grey knee & elbow pads
- Coconut bra (look at a costume shop)
- Silver spray paint
- Cardboard
- Mauve boots
- Mauve skirt
- Red wig

Cut out shoulder armor shapes out of the cardboard. Spray it, the coconut bra, and the knee & elbow pads silver. Make two slits in each shoulder piece and string it to the coconut bra.

Dreamfighter Oasis - This would consist of:
- White thigh high nylons
- Blue underwear
- White belt
- White paint
- Blue dress with puffy sleeves
- White gloves
- White choker
- Blue paint
- Cardboard
- String

Take the dress and put it on. In the front and in the back, cut away all the material except for a strip about 10 inches wide. Take the dress off and paint on the white trim.

Take the white gloves and paint the blue parts on them.

For the feet, take some cardboard and cut out two rectangles approximately 3 inches wide and 10 inches long. Punch equal amount of holes on each of the long sides. Tie some string to these holes; this is how you'll keep them on. Paint the cardboard blue.

Psycho Oasis - This would consist of:
- Black Underwear
- Black 1/2 or 3/4 sleeve shirt
- Cardboard
- Black paint
- Black wig
- Black boots

Take the cardboard and form it into the proper breast and shoulder plates. You can glue, staple, sew, or safety pin the plates to the shirt. Make sure you paint them and let them dry before attaching them. After they're attached, make the proper adjustments to the shirt so it looks more like Oasis' shirt.

The Evil - This would consist of:
- Grey body suit
- Black and white paint
- Cardboard
- Glue
- Headband
- Safety pins
- 1 yard fake grey fur

Paint the stomach area and stripes onto the body suit. Let it dry.

Make two pointed ears out of cardboard. Paint them and glue them to the headband.

Take your yard of fake fur. Turn it so the fur side is pointed down. Take a razor blade and cut out two rectangles that will fit around your calves. So, before doing this, make sure you measure your calves and measure the height of your lower leg. After you cut out the leg parts, cut out 2 wrist pieces. They can be however wide you want them to be, just as long as they fit around your wrist. If you have some left over, you could always make a furry collar. To attach all these pieces, safety pin them.

Make sure you do some cool cat make-up. Look at pictures of cats, or the evil, or people from 'Cats'.

Bert - This would consist of:
- Blue Jeans
- Black turtleneck
- Blue beret
- Brown beard
- Brown shoes
If you need to make a beret use the following simple instructions. Find some blue fabric. The heavier the better, I mean it's just a beret. Cut out two circles, both 14 inches in diameter (across). Take one of the circles and make it into a doughnut shape (aka an 'O' shape), with a 3 inch brim. (See the picture if you want to know what the brim is.) Sew the circles together and hem the inside of the brim. You're done!

Minnie - This would consist of:
- Black, past shoulder-length hair
- Blue jeans
- T-shirt

Minnie, Zoe's sister, is a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. If you feel like dressing for the holidays, you might want a red nose and reindeer antlers.

Basic Kusari - This would consist of:
- Purple Ninja outfit
- Purple fabric for a mouth piece and head piece
- Purple gloves and boots
- Cardboard
- Purple and black paint

With the cardboard, form the shoulder plates. Paint them purple with black rectangles. See the picure for instructions. Once they dry, attach them to the outfit.

Tie a strip of purple fabric around the mouth area of your face. The head piece will have to be formed around some cardboard. This will require some creative cutting and pasting on your part. Just make sure you're able put it on your head in the way of a hat.

Hereti Corp Troops - This would consist of:
- Black Pants
- Blue Turtleneck Or Black Turtle Neck For Snipers
- 4, 4"x4" pieces White Fabric
- Pencil and Magic Marker
- Heavy Paper
- Safety Pins
- Black Combat Boots
- Black Baseball Cap
- Sunglasses
- Optional: Belt and Holster

Your basic outfit is the pants and turtleneck, but, we have to add some special stuff to it. Above there is a close-up of the Hereti Corp Logo. On a piece of heavy paper, draw the logo. Use pencil first. And make sure it's a little small then 4"x4". Once you are done with this, cut it out and trace it onto two of the white fabric pieces with magic marker. On the other two pieces, you either have two more logos or if you're the captain, you'll have stars. Once you make all your drawings, take an empty jar that fits around the logo, trace a circle with the pencil, and cut out your new patches. One patch goes onto the hat; one patch goes to left breast pocket of your shirt; the other two patches go on each shoulder. Safety pin these in place. Put on your hat, boots, sunglasses and you're good to go. If you decide to do the fake gun, holster and belt thing, I suggest looking at a toy store or in the kid toy section of Carrs or Fred Meyers.

Cow - This would consist of:
- Brown Coveralls (aka Brown Mechanic Suit)
- Brown Shoes
- 1 yard Pink Fabric
- 4 Pink Long (Not Round) Mini Balloons
- Safety Pins
- Newspaper
- Plastic Devils Horns
- Tan Paint
- Rope
- Cardboard
- Magic Marker

Take the brown coveralls and make sure that any name tags or logos are taken off. Then, take your pink fabric and cut out a 24" diameter circle. Attach the bottom of it to the coveralls around the groin area. Crumble up some newspaper and start filling it until it give a nice Udder-look. Safety pin the top and sides. Take your 4 balloons and put a little air in them, tie them off. Safety pin the ends of them to the udder. Take your plastic devil horns and paint them tan. Let them dry before putting them on. On the piece of cardboard write "Dear Bun-Bun, You Suck! Love -Cow". Make a small hole in the top, thread the rope through, and tie it around your neck.
